The 2022 world time trial champion is one of three TT world-title winners in this eight, a key piece of the Barcelona team time trial plan. Foss's season nearly never happened: a horrific early-2026 crash left him, in his own words, 'completely useless on the sofa' for six weeks. He answered by winning a fourth Norwegian TT title days before the Tour and mounting a late charge into the squad.
