At 36 the oldest man in the squad, Tratnik is a rouleur of enormous horsepower who learned Grand Tour teamcraft at Jumbo-Visma before joining Red Bull in 2025. He has won a Giro stage solo and taken Omloop Het Nieuwsblad with a long-range raid. His Tour job is unglamorous and essential: swallow the wind, police the breakaways and position his leaders before every decisive moment.
